Meet Amy — Your Football & Multi-Sports Growth Coach
With decades in sport, education and leadership, Amy has lived every stage of the journey you’re on. She’s been a professional footballer with the Cincinnati Ladyhawks, a college team captain, a sports educator with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Sport Management, a founder of Tiny Troops Soccer, a CEO leading 60+ staff, a multi-state programme director in 17 states and internationally, an author, advocate, award-winning leader, and creator of early-years sports brands featured in Sports Illustrated and Military Spouse Magazine.
But Amy didn’t start as a CEO.
Like the school owners she now mentors, she began on the field—baby strapped to her chest, taking cash at the touchline, and writing names on paper sign-in sheets.

Katie Cannon
GYMNASTICS, CHEER, MARTIAL ARTS, SWIMMING, & EDUCATION EXPERT
Katie Cannon went from 5-time British Champion to 7-figure entrepreneur, representing Great Britain at the World and European Gymnastics Championships twice. She holds a degree in Sports Science and Nutrition.
In 2008, she founded Backflip Gymnastics, starting with just a handful of children. Today, it has taught over 2,000 children and grown to a team of 30 staff.
Over 20 years, Katie has learned from mistakes like losing money on premises and hiring the wrong staff. She now shares her experience to help other children’s activity and sports entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Shelley Otway-Wood
PERFORMING ARTS & DANCE EXPERT
Shelley began her journey with us as a Gold Mentorship Programme member.
With 30 years in the industry, Shelley’s career spans West End and touring musicals, including 42nd Street, Anything Goes, Carousel, and Oliver. She went on to become a coach, choreographer, franchise owner, and support manager for major performing arts brands. Her theatre school, Steppin Out Stars Of Tomorrow, has nurtured students in Matilda, Lion King, Les Misérables, and more.
Shelley is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, including the Silver Stevie® Award for Best Female Entrepreneur, and was named one of the “25 Most Influential Businesswomen of 2025” by CIO Leaders Magazine.
